Phase 1: Community Rehabilitation & Recovery
Initial intervention in local communities focusing on immediate needs and stabilization.

Phase 2: JDARC - Juba Drugs & Alcohol Rehabilitation Center
Intensive residential rehabilitation program in Juba providing structured recovery and skill development.
- Medical detoxification and healthcare
- Individual and group therapy
- Vocational skills training and certification
- Spiritual counseling and mentorship
- Family reintegration planning
Who benefits: Individuals requiring intensive rehabilitation, with priority for those completing Phase 1

Phase 3: Sustainability & Economic Empowerment
Long-term community development through Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and social enterprises.
- VSLA group formation and training
- Business development and entrepreneurship skills
- Income-generating activities and micro-enterprises
- Ongoing community support and monitoring
